Reporting Absence

To report a student's absence, please use the ClassCharts "Report new absence" option or phone the Attendance Line before 8.30am on the day of the absence.

Attendance Line:  023 9261 2020 and press option 1 (the Attendance Line is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week).

When reporting absence, you must include the following information:

• Student’s name
• Student’s tutor group
• Specific reason for absence (if unwell, then the specific illness)
