Reporting Absence

To report a student's absence, please phone the attendance line or attendance email before 8.30am on the day of the absence.

Attendance Line:   023 9261 2020 and press option 1

The Attendance Line is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

Attendance email:  attendance@cowplainschool.co.uk

When leaving a message via the Attendance Line, or Attendance email, you must include the following information:

• Student’s name
• Student’s tutor group
• Specific reason for absence (if unwell, then the specific illness)
